===Participants in the Group Discussion Wanted!===

[The City Friendly to Non-Japanese Residents and Visitors – Lecture Presentation & Group Discussion]

Mr. James M. Hall, an American associate professor at Iwate University who has lived in Japan for 16 years will give a lecture on what kind of city is livable and walkable for non-Japanese residents and visitors, using his own experiences in Japan.
And then, Mr. Hall and several non-Japanese residents will have a group discussion, based on the “Report on Project Aiming at the City Friendly to Non-Japanese Residents and Visitors” (draft) which will be issued by Kitakami International Assembly Hall.
